During this two-day symposium, speakers will discuss various topics around the 3Rs. Registration to the event is free of charge but mandatory.

This conference wishes to bring together again all the stakeholders in the field with the scope to discuss future projects and policy changes that need to be implemented to successfully phase out the reliance on animal testing within the vaccines testing control strategy, including the importance of vaccines’ supply chain sustainability and continuity and the benefits of this in supporting the role of vaccines in One Health.

This conference wishes to bring together stakeholders in the field with the scope to concretely discuss  future projects and policy changes that need to be implemented to successfully phase out the reliance on animal testing within the vaccines testing control strategy (including product development, CMC and release), including the importance of vaccines’ supply chain sustainability and continuity and the benefits of this in supporting the role of vaccines in One Health.

The event will be themed ‘Unmasking Microplastics: Impacts, Challenges and Implications for (Eco)Toxicology’.

The Annual Meeting includes a dedicated Oral Presentation and Poster Session that will specifically focus on the research of early career scientists. Topics should not necessarily be linked to the theme of the meeting, all submissions from the broader field of toxicology and ecotoxicology are welcome. Deadline for abstract submission: 30/10/2025
