EURL ECVAM status report on the development, validation and regulatory acceptance of alternative methods

The European Union Reference Laboratory for Alternatives to Animal Testing (EURL ECVAM) just published their status report on the progress in the development of Non-Animal Methods or New Approach Methodologies. Besides their activities in research, a lot of efforts are being made in the field of validation and regulatory acceptance. Furthermore, other initiatives have been taken to further support the use of alternatives, and to enhance the dissemination of information.
