Cookie policy
The RE-Place website uses cookies. A cookie is a small file that the RE-Place website transfers to your device to allow it to remember specific information about your session while you are connected. This information is only used to make the RE-Place’s website more useful for you. Your computer will only share the information in the cookie with the RE-Place website, and no other website can request it.

First party cookies
- Cookie ID: UUID
- Purpose: Random value assigned to a visitor of the website in order to identify him. This cookie is used by the system to know whether a user has closed the alerts displayed on the pages, and which ones have been closed.
- Lifespan: One year
- Cookie ID: has_js
- Purpose: Determines whether or not JavaScript is enabled so that our system can more efficiently perform operations to enhance the user experience.
- Lifespan: End of session
- Cookie ID: cookie-agreed
- Purpose: Records the fact that you as a user have agreed to accept cookies from this site.
- Lifespan: 100 days
Important note: UUID and has_js cookies are automatically set on your computer, whether you have agreed the use of cookies or not. If you want to delete any of these cookies, please refer to this page for instructions.
Third-party cookies
- Cookie ID: NID
- Purpose: The NID cookie contains a unique ID Google uses to remember your preferences and other information, such as your preferred language (e.g. English), how many search results you wish to have shown per page (e.g. 10 or 20), and whether or not you wish to have Google’s SafeSearch filter turned on.

- Purpose: Used by Google Analytics to distinguish users.

- Cookie ID: _gid
- Purpose: Used by Google Analytics to distinguish users.

- Cookie ID: _gat
- Purpose: Used by Google Analytics to throttle request rate

- Lifespan: 1 minute
